2. Acceptance and Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
By using the Website, you agree to:
3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Product and system descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, photographs, drawings, illustrations, performance information, availability information, and other content appearing on the Website are provided for general reference only.
Nothing on the Website constitutes:
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or communicating with Seahow through the Website or by email does not create a binding sales contract.
A transaction becomes binding only when Seahow issues a written order confirmation, accepts a purchase order in writing, or enters into a separate written agreement with the customer.
4. Product and System Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product and system information. However, the Website may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences between displayed and actual products or systems.
Product and equipment dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, colors, weights, configurations, production capacities, packaging, minimum order quantities, lead times, and other specifications may be modified without prior notice.
Product photographs, machinery images, videos, drawings, and illustrations are for reference only. Actual appearance or performance may vary because of manufacturing processes, material characteristics, lighting, photography, display settings, production batches, operating conditions, or customization requirements.
Customers should not rely solely on Website information when making purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, integration, installation, or safety decisions. Final specifications must be confirmed through Seahow's quotation, approved drawing, sample, order confirmation, technical documentation, or other written documentation.
If Website information conflicts with an approved drawing, written quotation, order confirmation, purchase agreement, or other transaction-specific document, the transaction-specific document will control.
5. Product Selection, Integration, and Application
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product, component, machine, or system is appropriate for its intended application, operating environment, integration method, installation method, load and capacity requirements, safety requirements, and applicable industry or regulatory standards.
Unless Seahow expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for:
