Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.seahow.com.tw and its related pages, content, features, and services (collectively, the "Website").

The Website is operated by the following Taiwan company, doing business as Seahow Group ("Seahow," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.  If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

Seahow is a Taiwan-based supplier of rollforming systems, fully automatic manufacturing lines, door hardware, components, accessories, and related industrial products. Our solutions serve sectional overhead door, roller door, rolling shutter, steel coil slitting, door, window, gate, fence, and other industrial applications. We also provide OEM, ODM, customization, procurement, product-development, and manufacturing services.

The Website is intended to provide general information about Seahow, its products, systems, manufacturing capabilities, and services. It also allows prospective and existing customers to contact us regarding product availability, specifications, customization, quotations, and other business inquiries.

The Website is primarily intended for commercial and business users. If you access the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that organization.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

4. Product and System Information and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product and system information. However, the Website may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences between displayed and actual products or systems.

Product and equipment dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, colors, weights, configurations, production capacities, packaging, minimum order quantities, lead times, and other specifications may be modified without prior notice.

Product photographs, machinery images, videos, drawings, and illustrations are for reference only. Actual appearance or performance may vary because of manufacturing processes, material characteristics, lighting, photography, display settings, production batches, operating conditions, or customization requirements.

Final specifications must be confirmed through Seahow's quotation, approved drawing, sample, order confirmation, technical documentation, or other written documentation.

5. Product Selection, Integration, and Application

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product, component, machine, or system is appropriate for its intended application, operating environment, integration method, installation method, load and capacity requirements, safety requirements, and applicable industry or regulatory standards.

Unless Seahow expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving product, equipment, and system specifications and drawings.
• Confirming measurements, tolerances, materials, finishes, capacities, and site conditions.
• Conducting appropriate testing, commissioning, risk assessment, and product validation.
• Ensuring proper assembly, integration, installation, operation, use, and maintenance.
• Confirming compliance with applicable laws, regulations, certifications, codes, and industry standards in the destination market.

Seahow is not responsible for losses or damage resulting from improper product selection, modification,

integration, installation, assembly, commissioning, maintenance, storage, operation, or use.

6. Quotations and Commercial Transactions

Prices, minimum order quantities, tooling charges, sample charges, engineering charges, payment terms, lead times, delivery terms, shipping arrangements, installation or commissioning services, warranties, and other commercial conditions will be provided separately in Seahow's written quotation, order confirmation, invoice, sales agreement, or other transaction documentation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
• Prices may change due to material costs, exchange rates, shipping costs, order quantities, specifications, or other commercial factors.
• Estimated production, installation, commissioning, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• Taxes, duties, customs charges, insurance, transportation, installation, and site-related costs may be charged separately.
• Orders remain subject to Seahow's written acceptance.

These Terms govern the use of the Website. They do not replace the specific terms applicable to an individual quotation, order, project, or sales agreement.

7. OEM, ODM, and Custom Product Inquiries

Customers may submit drawings, specifications, samples, technical requirements, site requirements, or other materials when requesting OEM, ODM, equipment, production-line, procurement, or customization services.

By submitting materials to Seahow, you represent that:

• You own the materials or have the necessary authority to provide them.
• Seahow's review and use of the materials will not infringe another party's intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or contractual rights.
• The information you provide is accurate and sufficient for its intended purpose.

Unless a separate nondisclosure agreement has been signed, you should not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or commercially sensitive information through the Website or by ordinary email.

Submitting materials does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to Seahow. However, you grant Seahow a limited right to review, reproduce, and internally use the materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, prepare a quotation, develop samples or designs, or perform an accepted order or project.

Ownership of tooling, molds, dies, drawings, software, control logic, prototypes, product designs, equipment designs, improvements, and other intellectual property developed during a custom project must be addressed in the applicable quotation or written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
